Will we someday talk about how searching made us human?

I saw this article The Evolution of Homo Extrovert comparing how cooking food made us the humans we are today and how we might look back on our technological support system of browsers, search and mobile devices changed the way the human mind works. This tool effect on the brain subject has been covered in other ways before, but not with an interesting direct comparison like this.

One thing I did have to wonder about is why the author chose Extrovert in the name. Couldn’t it have just as easily be Homo Introvert, since these devices and techniques sometimes can eschew human interaction in the traditional sense. Or could there be a bifurcation of homo sapiens into Homo Extrovert and Homo Introvert -- those who use the technologies to support their gregarious nature from those who look internally.
